The SILEX 4000 is our entry into our carbon fiber frame range, pairing our lightweight frame and fork with high-value components like a super-durable Shimano GRX 10-speed drivetrain with a double chainset for hill-climbing ability. Rugged, tubeless-ready Maxxis Rambler tires and our mountain bike-inspired geometry provide predictable grip and a planted stance on any surface.
The SILEX turns any ride into an adventure, whether you’re on a multi-day bikepacking trip or just taking the fun route to work. The latest iteration builds on the winning pedigree of the original SILEX but adds even more off-road capability, thanks to a slacker head angle and increased tyre clearance of up to 700x45mm, or a whopping 42mm when mudguards are fitted. With carbon and aluminium frame options, there’s a SILEX to suit every budget, but they all share the multiple mounting points, mudguard mounts and other features that lend themselves so well to this do-it-all bike. We’ve added our sleek WIRE PORT cable routing for a cleaner, more modern design, and the carbon fibre fork used on all models now features more cargo mounts and dynamo-ready internal routing. With the option to use 1x or 2x transmissions, you can choose your transmission based on the task at hand or your personal preference, opening up a world of opportunities for you and your SILEX.

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the purchase process you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your residence and to differentiate the shipping address and the billing address.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be provided with the tracking number of the shipment via email and you will then be able to follow the shipping status of the goods and know the expected day of delivery.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place on the street, the recipient must therefore organize the receipt of the goods and their transfer to the destination premises. It is not currently possible to manage delivery to the floor or delivery by appointment, in case of specific needs, contact us before purchasing.
In the absence of a person authorised to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, doorman), the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be at your expense.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped . In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and adequately packaged. Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel or alternatively follow the instructions, following the various steps carefully (if there are any doubts please contact us). It is advisable to keep the bike box for a possible return. Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing and adequate packaging.
THE TIMES
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Shipping takes place approximately within 24/48 working hours from the payment of the order. The orders with the fastest delivery are those made with online payment PayPal and Credit Cards. For orders with deferred payment, such as bank transfer, the shipping date may vary by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
During holiday periods (August and Christmas period), order processing may be slower.

ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER
Once the purchase is made, an email will be sent with the bank details to which the transfer will be made. Please include the order number in the reason for payment. The order will be prepared and shipped ONLY upon receipt of the credit . Any management fees charged by banks or currency conversion for bank transfers are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the contract stipulated with your bank.
