Shipments are entrusted to BRT, GLS, DHL and UPS couriers. Shipping costs are fixed for all of Italy.

Shipping Cost FREE for orders over € 99.00 otherwise € 8.90 (no bicycles)
(Priority express shipping service for normal shipments €35.00)
Bicycles : shipping cost €30.00
eBike : Shipping cost €50.00 (amount to be agreed for islands and disadvantaged areas)
EUROPEAN UNION

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the purchase process you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your residence and to differentiate the shipping address and the billing address.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be provided with the tracking number of the shipment via email and you will then be able to follow the shipping status of the goods and know the expected day of delivery.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place on the street, the recipient must therefore organize the receipt of the goods and their transfer to the destination premises. It is not currently possible to manage delivery to the floor or delivery by appointment, in case of specific needs, contact us before purchasing.
In the absence of a person authorised to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, doorman), the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be at your expense.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped . In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and adequately packaged. Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel or alternatively follow the instructions, following the various steps carefully (if there are any doubts please contact us). It is advisable to keep the bike box for a possible return. Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing and adequate packaging.
THE TIMES
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Shipping takes place approximately within 24/48 working hours from the payment of the order. The orders with the fastest delivery are those made with online payment PayPal and Credit Cards. For orders with deferred payment, such as bank transfer, the shipping date may vary by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
During holiday periods (August and Christmas period), order processing may be slower.
